The Diagnostic Review is a one-time deep dive into your current bookkeeping system. It identifies issues, gaps, and opportunities before we begin ongoing work. This helps us ensure your books are clean and accurate before moving forward.

A/P refers to bill management—paying vendors and suppliers on your behalf. A/R involves matching client invoices to payments and helping you track what’s owed to you.

Yes—for clients using A/P support. We’ll collect and track W-9s for all vendors and contractors to ensure accurate 1099 filings.

No. We are not tax preparers. However, we provide a detailed year-end package for your CPA or tax professional, making tax season much smoother.

We help with payroll setup and processing through a third-party platform like Gusto. This includes employee onboarding, pay runs, and compliance filings. Clients are responsible for the payroll app subscription.

Absolutely. We offer à la carte add-ons so you can customize the support you need. You can start small and add more as your business grows.

We prefer to communicate through our secure client portal, but you can also reach us via email (response time up to 2 business days), or schedule a call via our service calendar.

We require 30 days’ notice to cancel monthly services. Clean exit and handoff are included to ensure a smooth transition. Clear engagement terms will be provided, and will need to be agreed to, before any work begins.

Absolutely. We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. Our full confidentiality policy is outlined in our service agreement.

All services are prepaid before any work begins. Once the work is completed, it cannot be undone—so we require payment upfront to protect the integrity of our time and service.

No! All pricing is transparent. However, app subscriptions (like QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or other third-party platforms) are not included in our service fees. Clients are responsible for their own subscriptions unless otherwise agreed upon. Discounts may be available if you sign up for QBO through us.
