Accounting Software Setup Full setup and configuration of QBO for new businesses or migrations. starting at $500 (one-time, varies by complexity)
Accounts Receivable Support Client sends invoices; support includes payment matching in QBO and tracking. $50/month + $2.50 per simple transaction
Accounts Payable Support Bill entry and tracking. W-9 collection included. $50/month + $3 per simple transaction
Financial Reports (Custom) Reports tailored to your business beyond standard P&L, Balance Sheet, etc. Starting at $75/month depending on needs
Payroll Processing Support and processing through a third-party platform such as Gusto. starting at $100 per processing (up to 5 employees)
+ $10 per additional employee per processing
1099/1096 Processing Preparation and filing of 1099s for contractors. $100 setup fee + $25 per form
